What is your returns policy for online orders?

To return any items please read our terms and conditions below:

  • You can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving your original order, your refund will be processed by our customer care team not by the store.
  • You can also exchange your item within 21 days; however, we can only change this for an alternative size of the original product you ordered.
  • Your exchange request will be posted to your original delivery address from our warehouse - If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

  • Did you order a DLX item from eBay or Amazon? If so, please contact the seller directly for return address and instructions.
  • 2 for £20 T-shirts promotion - If for any reason you wish to return BOTH items purchased you will be refunded the promotion offer price. However, if you wish to return only one out of the two items, the promotion will no longer be valid and you will be refunded the difference of the full price item to the promotion price.
  • What is the Christmas Returns & Exchanges Policy?

    Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are given in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In addition, unsuitable items purchased from Trespass during the period from 27th October to 24th December inclusive may be returned any time before 14th January 2025 (or 21 days from receipt, whichever is longer).

    Items must be returned unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure all products returned are clean as they may have to be sent for testing. Due to efforts to minimise health risks, undergarments, swimwear, and hygiene items cannot be returned unless in unbroken original packaging.

    Where there is no proof of purchase an exchange may be offered for unsuitable items – solely at the company’s discretion. Items must be current stock and the exchange offered will be at the current selling price. Please note that any refund more than £50 requires authorisation. This does not affect your statutory rights.


    How do I return something bought online to you?

    You can return items to us by post for only £3.00.

    The cost of returning items by post will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

    1. Complete the returns form online here .
    2. Attach your returns label to the outside of your parcel.
    3. Take the parcel along to your local Post Office or Asda store and don't forget to ask for proof of postage.

    We will update you via email once your return has been processed.

    Return to your local Asda Store for only £3.00

    You can return your parcels at over 600 Asda stores!

    The cost of returning items at an Asda store will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

    Here’s how to return at Asda:

    1. If you have received an Asda toyou return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not, visit the toyou website here to print a label at home or you can print one in an Asda store.
    2. Take your labelled parcel to the toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda store; remember to include your returns note!
    3. Asda toyou will do the rest
    4. Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here

    Return to Store for free

    With stores UK wide, you can quickly and easily return your items to us for free, just take your goods and Dispatch Note to your nearest DLX Store.

    Please note: Due to the varying product ranges across stores we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds in store.


    How do I return DLX goods bought from a third-party store or website? E.G. Trespass, Argos, Debenhams etc

    For any DLX items that have been purchased from a third-party, please contact the sellers Customer Service Department directly.


    Have you received my returned items?

    Once your return has been complete, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1 day of your return being received in our warehouse.

    Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

    If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

    If your return has not reached us after 10 working days, please track your items to see their status. If you have still not received your refund or exchange please get in touch here.

    Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

    If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us here to arrange this.

    You can return your items for an exchange within 21 days.

    If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock in the size you require, then a refund will be processed instead.

    If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

    When returning your order, please ensure to note the following detail on your returns note:

    • Your order number
    • Which items you would like to exchange or refund
    • The new size you’d like of the item(s) to be exchanged

    If you have not indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size or colour required, then we’ll contact you.

    We offer 3 different returns options for UK customers. For more information on how each of these services work, please see below:

    • Royal Mail – Return via your nearest Post Office for only £3.00.

    If these returns options are not suitable then you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to make your own arrangements.

    Once we have received your return we will send you an email outlining any details regarding refunded or exchanged items. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you that we could not exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we will send you another email once your new item has left our warehouse.

    We will send any exchanged items to the original delivery address via the same delivery service as your original order.

    If we have issued you with a refund, please wait up to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card issuer.

    Royal Mail Parcel Collect

    Open the door to easy returns with Parcel Collect

    Would you like to return an item in the comfort of your home, workplace or even a safeplace? Let’s make life easier for you! By using Parcel Collect through Royal Mail, you can return any item to us in five simple steps. Follow the step by step guide below.

    1. Create your returns label online here
    2. Once you’ve created your label, download and print your return label. Select and book your slot for collection
    3. Follow the link and enter your Royal Mail tracking number from the returns label you have generated above and follow instructions to arrange your collection. Select a date and time that is most convenient for you
    4. Put your returns label on the outside of the packaging (please note: this must be printed as the driver cannot scan the barcode)
    5. Have your parcel ready for your nominated collection date and time

    You pay no upfront cost for Parcel Collect. Instead, £3.00 will be retained from your refund. If you return a faulty item with Parcel Collect, you will be refunded the full amount for the item.
